The site is operated by a swiss cycling fan for several years now.
In my opinion it's pretty good. So far, the participants come from Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Russia, UK and (my native) Austria.
At the moment (until 31.12.12), as participant, you can vote for the race-calendar 2013!

The Volta ao Algarve starts on 14.02.2013.
At XOO cycling the prediction games starts also (as part of their european tour).
